1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TestURL.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TestURL.live provides a web-based tool that generates temporary reverse-proxy subdomains to allow users to preview websites on new servers without modifying DNS records. Paid plans additionally include website comparison reports, Lighthouse performance audits, visual screenshot diffs, SEO checks, and security header analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, subject to Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy. Paddle is responsible for handling payment processing, tax collection, and issuing receipts.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added by Paddle at checkout in accordance with local law.

You authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We encourage you to review available plan features before purchasing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Proxy, test, or access domains or servers you do not own or have explicit written authorisation to test.
• Conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to phishing, distributing malware, or infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any security or access controls of the Service.
• Generate an excessive number of proxy subdomains or reports in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Service infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by TestURL.live and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of any domain or content you test through the Service. You grant us no rights to your content other than as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TESTURL.LIVE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party tools including Google Lighthouse and Paddle. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
