4. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you complete a purchase, you are transacting with Paddle directly. We receive only the minimum data necessary to fulfil your subscription (e.g. subscription tier, renewal date, and Paddle customer ID).

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations:

• Comparison reports and generated NGINX configs are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.
• Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
